Rentie (rentie.io) is a technology platform operated by Rentie Pte. Ltd. that helps landlords and tenants manage residential tenancies. Rentie is not an estate agent and does not introduce parties or negotiate on their behalf. Rentie does not hold client money and is not a payment service provider: all collections, safeguarding of deposits and payouts are performed by a licensed payment institution under its own terms, which you accept when you make or receive a payment.

Lease templates are provided as a convenience and do not constitute legal advice. Parties are responsible for their own obligations, including stamp duty, HDB approvals and bond lodgement where applicable.

By using Rentie you agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform only for genuine tenancies, and to treat other users respectfully. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
