Applications arrive as a clean card. Or invite your current tenant by email and carry on where you left off.

Pick the template, toggle the clauses, both sign in-app. Deposit and first month are invoiced automatically.

Questions landlords ask

The short answers

Do I need to switch banks?

No. Payouts go by FAST to any Singapore bank account in your name, including a Wise SGD account. You add it once.

What if my tenant pays late?

You see it the moment the due date passes, and the tenant gets a reminder automatically. Nothing is collected without a record either of you can point at.

Who holds the deposit?

A licensed payment institution holds it in a safeguarded account. Rentie never holds your money. It is released against the move-out report at the end of the tenancy.

Can I change the lease wording?

Yes. Start from the HDB or private template and edit the clauses you care about before either party signs. Uploading your own document is coming.

Is Rentie an estate agent?

No. Rentie is a technology platform. We do not represent you in a transaction, negotiate on your behalf or charge a commission.

What does it cost to leave?

Nothing. Export your records as CSV and close the account. There is no lock-in because there is no subscription.
