Privacy policy

We collect the information you give us (name, contact details, property and tenancy details, identity verification results) and the activity needed to run the platform (messages, requests, payment references). Payment card and bank details are collected by the licensed payment institution, not by Rentie.

We use this information to operate tenancies, to meet legal obligations, and to improve Rentie. We share it with the other party to your tenancy, with trades you invite, and with the payment institution. We do not sell personal data. Data is stored in Singapore by default.

You can update your details from your account page and can request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@rentie.io.
