HDB or private property: the lease template does the work either way

An HDB flat and a private condo are not governed by the same rental rules — subletting approval, minimum occupation periods and permitted tenant profiles differ — and a landlord piecing together a lease from an old template found online can easily miss a clause that matters for their specific property type.

Rentie sends the tenant a lease built from the right template for the property — Singapore private or Singapore HDB — to e-sign inside the app when they sign up, with an audit trail kept against the tenancy record. Stamp duty is calculated automatically from the rent and lease term, so nobody has to work out the percentage by hand or guess whether they have rounded it correctly.
