Already listed on PropertyGuru or 99.co? Bring that listing into Rentie

Most landlords already pay to advertise on a portal, and the last thing anyone wants is to recreate that listing somewhere else just to get paid rent through it. Rentie is not trying to be another place to advertise.
Instead, a landlord can paste the URL of an existing PropertyGuru, 99.co or realestate.com.au listing and Rentie pulls in the details so the enquiry-to-signed-lease steps — application, lease e-signing, deposit and first month’s rent — happen on Rentie from there. Agencies can check whether their own listing export will connect cleanly using the public feed tester before bringing a full portfolio across.
The listing stays where the tenant found it. Rentie’s job starts at the point someone is ready to become a tenant, not before.
